Our kits are usually born between March and July depending on when our Jills come in season. Once born, they will be kept with their mothers for as long as possible. we also introduce them to the rest of our ferrets. This socialises them and helps them learn from each other and become more independent . We will keep the kits until we are happy with their progress and think they are ready for their new homes.
No ferret will leave the ferretry under 9 weeks old.
